Welcome, my name is Isaac, originally from the UK but I'm now located in Ireland. I've set up as an Independent Consultant providing IT support and advice aimed at members of the public or small businesses.
Originally I worked in customer service dealing with complaints calls for an energy company. Here I spent 3 enlightening years and I believe it helped me to develop a strong people-focused work style.
My background in IT comes mainly from working 13 years for Lane4 Management Group before their merger with EY. My role involved providing support to several hundred associates and full-time employees either through supporting Virtual events or just solving their IT issues. This helped me find my passion for helping people with their technology.
