ABOUT ME
Welcome, my name is Isaac, originally from the UK but now located in Ireland. I am an Independent Consultant providing IT support and advice, aimed at members of the public or small businesses.
Originally I worked in customer service dealing with complaints calls for an energy company. Here I spent 3 enlightening years and I believe it helped me to develop a strong people-focused work style.
After this I worked for 13 years at Lane4 Management Group, before their merger with EY. My role as Senior Systems Analyst involved running the company's IT infrastructure, providing support to several hundred associates and full time employees. Here my passion for supporting people with their technology issues began.
